Amazon Brand Manager

to own the P&L for

Amazon Seller Central (3P).

Job Description:Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize sales and product visibility on the Amazon platform.Drive the expansion and optimization of our Amazon operations, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.Oversee the optimization of product listings for search and conversion, managing product descriptions, images, and pricing strategies to ensure consistency and accuracy across all Amazon product listings.Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive growth on the Amazon platform.Coordinate with the marketing team to align Amazon marketing strategies with broader company campaigns.Implement promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales on Amazon.Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet demand without overstocking.Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies on Amazon.Adapt and innovate based on competitive insights to maintain a leading market position on Amazon.Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained on Amazon, managing reviews and feedback.Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty on Amazon.Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to develop strategic partnerships and amplify our brand message on Amazon.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing Amazon marketplace operations.Strong understanding of the Amazon platform, algorithms, and marketplace dynamics.Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Experience with Amazon advertising and promotional tools.Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce best practices.Familiarity with logistics management and fulfillment processes.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and successfully.Creative, out-of-box thinker with high emotional intelligence.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Benefits:
