Microelectronic Assembler/Bonder

Bonder, RF Microwave in Nashau, NHSalary/Pay rate: DOEQualifications:Experience in bonding of RF Microwave Components, while working in a cl ean room environment.Perform Manual and Semi-Automatic bonding functions in Wire Bond, Die Attach, Ribbon Attach, (Thin film, gold ribbon)Ability to use a microscope for extended periods.Responsible for reading and interpreting drawings, interpreting drawing changes, understanding parts lists and corresponding item numbers.Responsible for following instructions on work orders, drawings, process specifications, and work instructions.Includes responsibility for using precision measuring tools, understanding of assembly techniques, and dexterity in using assembly tools.Includes familiarity with assembly hardware, chemical, safety, and ESD awareness.Able to accurately fill out documents relating to job duties.Able to perform difficult reworks. Able to understand and follow directions.Equipment use: Manual and Semi-Auto Bonders.This position reports to Clean Room SupervisorMinimum Education Requirements: High School Graduate/GED.Previous Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience
