Who we are:
HII - Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Subcontracts Compliance Administrator to join the team! This position will be located in the Fairfax, VA area.
The Subcontracts Compliance Administrator is responsible for monitoring procurement compliance, ensuring adherence to Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement processes. This role focuses on staying current with emerging regulatory changes (e.g., FAR/DFARS and other supplements), maintaining HII’s purchasing system policies and related procedures templates and forms, and providing guidance and training on CPSR compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring procurement compliance, ensuring adherence to Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Focuses on staying current with emerging regulatory changes (e.g., FAR/DFARS and other supplements), maintaining purchasing system policies and related procedures templates and forms, and providing guidance and training on CPSR compliance requirements.
Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with CPSR requirements.
Conduct periodic internal reviews of procurement records.
Support internal audits.
Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver training programs.
Act as a resource for staff regarding procurement compliance.
What you need to have:
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
5 years of experience in CPSR related procurement, subcontracting, or compliance functions.
Knowledge of CPSR, FAR, and DFARS regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in procurement compliance and policy management.
Ability to conduct training and deliver effective guidance.
