We have a current need for a Senior Project Manager in the eastern Washington area.

What you'll you do:

Manage, plans, organizes, directs and controls the execution of assigned Solar construction projects to meet the client’s cost, quality, equipment, material usage and safety objectives.

Maintain, implement, and monitor a system of quality control and check on all projects assigned

Take a proactive approach to safety management

Provide construction resources to Engineering during detail engineering

Participate in design/estimate reviews

Develop and review base line project schedule

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in construction management or equivalent technical degree/experience

5+ years of work experience with at least 3 years of experience as an EPC project manager, site construction manager, general superintendent, or craft superintendent on utilities/solar construction projects

Unquestioned business and personal integrity

Benefits & Salary:

This position pays between $120,000 and $140,000 annually and is an exempt position.

Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
