Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 The Technology Investment Portfolio Manager governs technology investment across the enterprise. The role focuses on managing funding governance, project prioritization, and supporting the financial forecasting process. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Partner: Partner with C-level leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to steer funding of technology efforts that align with Key's strategic objectives. Work with technology leaders to maximize and proactively manage the portfolio's health & financial well-being. Business Case Support: Oversee the business case development and progression through continuous improvement and enhancements, training, and coaching. Enable and manage ongoing funding support for program and project records from initiation to closure within the Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management Information Center (EPPIC). Engage with stakeholders of technology projects including DCIOs, Business Technology Executives, Finance, and Line of Business Partners. Proactively Manage the overall health of the portfolio by performing operational and ad hoc reporting to analyze trends, risks, and opportunities. JOB FUNCTIONS Create & support meeting material (presentations) for funding governance committees and senior leadership team consumption; in a clear and effective manner through creative visualization. Administrate the funding governance process within EPPIC. Work with large volumes of data; extract and manipulate large datasets using standard tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, and Cognos. Support the Enterprise with Performance Analysis; Execute Ad-hoc Analyses to meet the fast-changing market demands. Partner with the Project Management Office EPPIC tool team in support of business case and project record functionality. Assist by providing requirements, testing and or validation for portfolio management capabilities. Partner with Finance to ensure financial reporting is consistent. Perform data integrity audits of EPPIC program and project records. Perform periodic governance risk and control audits. Ensure solutions are appropriately documented. Create procedures/processes to ensure ongoing testing/validation of solutions. Ability to think big, understand horizontal business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful, effective portfolio management solutions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to positively interact with KTOS Leadership, Finance and Business Partners and anticipate or accurately clarify their financial reporting needs Strong accounting, analytical and problem solving skills. Proven experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Tableau. Effective time management skills and strong attention to detail. Strong organization skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Ability to learn quickly and offer creative solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently. Embrace Continuous Improvement workplace culture.
