Supply Chain Sales and Operations Planning (S &OP) Intern Overview:

The Sales and Operations (S&OP) and Demand Management team is dedicated to developing highly efficient S&OP and Demand Management processes that effectively cater to multiple product types, including Pharmaceuticals and Aesthetics. Key Responsibilities Include:

Support various projects for the Supply Chain S&OP Team. This role includes cross functional interaction with colleagues in Commercial Finance, Commercial Marketing, Global Supply Planning, and Brand Management.

Core job responsibilities include the following:

Provide project management support for continuous improvement projects across the team.

Support execution of S&OP processes and cross functional interdependencies.

Participating in S&OP meetings and providing input on process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or other related field.

Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship.

Expected graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other data analysis tools.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and principles.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualification:

Exposure to supply chain and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
