Remote ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Job Description:Must Have Experience:Solutioning and designing ITOM solutions using industry best practices.Advising, designing, and configuring integration solutions between ServiceNow and other CMDB tools.Hands-on development including creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors, and Event rules.Integrating ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods.Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.Leading the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances.Good to have Experience:Experience in application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and distributed systems.Understanding of Application and Technology Portfolio Management.Experience with discovery technologies (ADDM, TADDM, UD, etc.).Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.Professional5+ years of experience with ServiceNow required.8+ years of experience in the IT industry required.AcademicsCertification as a ServiceNow System certified administration.CIS in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt, Cloud Mgmt.Certified Implementation Specialist- ITSM.
