Senior Capture Analyst - IT Business Area

DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Capture Analyst to join our Digital Modernization sector's IT Business Area at Leidos. This role is perfect for knowledgeable professionals who want to drive success in federal contracting by actively contributing to capture strategy and proposal execution.Responsibilities:Contribute to the development of win strategies, competitive analysis, and capture readiness.Participate in proposal development, including writing and refining sections, developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and maintaining compliance and quality.Offer expert guidance on capture best practices to shape high-quality, compelling proposals.Collaborate with capture teams to manage key aspects of the capture lifecycle.Mentor and guide junior team members on effective capture techniques and industry best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience and 12+ years of overall experience.5+ years of experience in capture support, business development, or proposal development within federal contracting.Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and proven expertise in win strategy, proposal development, and BOEs.Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail and quality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and proposal development tools.Ability to contribute to strategic discussions and provide meaningful input into the capture and proposal process.Proven track record of supporting successful captures in competitive federal markets.
