Job Title:
Administrative Assistant
Pay Range:
$16.00-$18
.00/hr
Full time 40 hours per week
Work days Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5 pm Fridays 8:00-2:30
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for data entry, preparing documents for our in-house attorney and legal team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Attention to detail ·
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel ·
Greeting walk in customers ·
Taking payments ·
Data entry ·
Filing ·
Scanning ·
Mail processing ·
Ability to multitask. ·
Summarize any actions or chain of events in database. ·
Strong phone presence. ·
Basic computer and phone skills. ·
All other assigned duties

Employee will work mostly at a desk on a computer during regularly scheduled hours making phone calls during the assigned shift, typing on a basic keyboard, able to read and comprehend information on a computer terminal and or written responses. ·
Must be able to pass pre employment drug screen and background check.
