POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:The Housekeeping Attendant works to support BryantCorp's vision of building better communities through beautiful spaces. The Housekeeping Attendant assists the hotel General Manager, and Assistant General Manager to accomplish the goals of the company.The Housekeeping Attendant position is to maintain a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms and to replenish guest amenities according to the standards set by Hilton. All assigned guest rooms must be cleaned within an allotted time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, followthrough, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision.Previous hospitality housekeeping experience preferred, but not requiredMust be able to work weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred
PRINCIPLE JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This position is responsible for:Timely response to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.Always provides a professional image through appearance, dress, and attitude.Able to multi-task & prioritize.Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.Ensuring housekeeping department standards are followed.Responds timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous itemsMaintains inventory of necessary suppliesKeep the work area neat and clean at all times.Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.Other duties as requested by the Assistant General Manager and General manager
