For over 30 years, the Company has built its reputation through innovative product development technologies, proprietary manufacturing, and distinct niche marketing.Essential Job Functions:Support Operations Department with a variety of tasks such as updating processing receipts and maintaining purchase order records, computer tracking

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Drive the duty drawback processProcess inbound receipts in MAS and AREVGenerate ASN's for material receiptItem Set up - Vendor set up in AREV / OIProvides internal and external department supportMaintain monthly purchase order filesValidate invoicesTakes initiative to develop and implement new processes and procedures when necessaryPerforms related / additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Required:Strong product knowledgeGood mathematical and analysis skillsDemonstrated customer service orientationAccurate and professional written and verbal communicationStrong organizational and planning skillsDriven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectivesPossess good computer skills, and knowledge of computer software (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite). NetSuite experience a plusMeet deadlines for completion of the delegated task

Education Required:Minimum of a high school diploma general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education2-3 Years of experience in a related field and/or position
