*Interrogate, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings,Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents,Process Framework, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assignedwork.
*Provides MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing processplanning sequences as required.
*Provide process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD modelswith 2D drawings exist as required.
*Develops, Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturingoperations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.
*Executes creation and maintenance of CAM programs and operator instructions forNumerical Controlled equipment.
*Responsible for developing, creating, and maintaining Loft MCAD models, flatpatterns and associated digital tooling programs.
*Working knowledge of NC Programming, Loft, Engineering, Tool Design,
*Manufacturing and Planning processes and procedures.
*Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
*Supports producibility assessments when requested.
*Maintains records and schedules of work assigned.
*Will meet established companycost control standards, schedule and quality requirements to maintain marketcompetitiveness.
*Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined bymanagement.
*Execute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required tocommunicate and interact between internal and external customers.
*Apply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train, direct,instruct, mentor and check/validate Production Engineering work.
*Required to attend training and complete competency-based testing as required bymanagement to remain current with technological advancements.
Educational Requirements:*Four (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industry. Demonstratedcapability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to theapplication of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
*Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
