DescriptionCorporate Services Security (CPSS) is responsible for securing the applications and services that power Amazons countless global Finance, HR, Legal and Communications processes. We perform security reviews and assessments, we design and implement custom detections and controls, and we manage security events to help minimize disruption. We build applications and automations to enhance our operations and initiatives. We engage proactively to understand our stakeholders security risks and business needs, and we partner across security teams to provide the right solutions. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead technical program management of several cross-cutting Product Security initiatives across our Corporate Services stakeholders.As a Sr Mgr, TPM in our team, you will build processes, tooling, and content that help our stakeholders understand and enhance their security posture. You will partner with other leaders in Corporate Services Security and Amazon Security to develop the strategy for and drive delivery of our security objectives while measuring and reporting progress in a perpetually customer-obsessed way. You are adept at identifying, prioritizing and communicating security risks, and you have a proven track record of collaboration and program delivery to mitigate risks. You dig in with technical teams to help them find solutions to program goals. You are proactive in removing roadblocks, pave the way for innovation, and can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are able to handle business escalations with a data-driven approach to build trust with security, service and business teams. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
