Position ResponsibilitiesExamine and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to support workforce planning, recruitment, turnover and other areas critical to staffing.
Package metrics and insights for management to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
Collaborate with other business workforce forecasting teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into the broader workforce plan.
Review HR system transactions to spot any data integrity issues and recommend adjustments to audit procedures or extra user training to troubleshoot.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field
preferred.
2+ years of Analyst and / or Human Resources experience.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.
