Billing Customer Support Specialist

One of CFS' top clients is looking for an experienced Billing Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to manage high level global accounts and contribute to an international organization.

Responsibilities of the Billing Customer Support Specialist:

  • Manage a queue of high-level billing issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain communication with partners, understanding their needs, and providing resolutions to support their objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address complex billing discrepancies and offer accounting insights.
  • Perform account reconciliation and/or cash/credit reconciliation from contracts to invoices, ensuring clarity on the status of each transaction.

Qualifications of the Billing Customer Support Specialist:

  • Strong communication and customer support skills
  • NetSuite or Salesforce experience
  • Advanced excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
  • Experience with audits, tax accounting, or logistics are a plus
