Cyara IVR Tester - Spanish speaking

We have a 6 month contract to hire position open for Cyara Automation QA Engineer. Fluent in Spanish is required as they will be testing IVR's in Spanish. The positions are 100% remote and the candidate can sit anywhere in the US. This is for a multi year project to migrate 50 IVR over to AWS Connect. Qualifications for this position are: 1. Cyara IVR call flow testing 2. MUST have experience writing automation scripts. Scripting / coding the test scripts for automation. They are not looking for candidates who have just used the tool and executed other peoples automation scripts. 3. Spanish speaking to test Spanish IVRs Bilingual - Spanish - Candidates MUST be bilingual, this is a requirement. Please do not submit candidates who aren't bilingual English/Spanish. Strong Testing Skills Agile Development Understanding of STLC [Software testing life cycle], Defect life cycle, Test planning and strategy, Test reporting Experience understanding CRM Requirements/Data Mapping and estimating work effort Experience identifying the CMS conditions for requesting test data Experience with test data submission requests Experience validating test data using postman/Soap UI Experience with identifying test cases from requirements Experience with Test Strategy and planning, defining test scenarios and test cases, developing, and maintaining test scripts, analyzing bugs Experience validating transformation & data loading functionality Experience with API testing and automation Experience in executing the test cases and raising the defects using the Defect Tracking Tool JIRA, Documenting in confluence & Q test/Quality Center Strong Communication Skills Experience communicating with stakeholders Experience with test documentation Experience coordinating with dev team and tracking bug fixes to closure Experience with Test Management Tools JIRA and Jira Align Jira Cloud - bonus qTest Postman/Soap UI Git Lab Cyara IVR (required) Cypress Test Automation (not required)
