The Role:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate who will perform shipping & receiving tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy throughout the order fulfillment process.
This role is On-Site and located in Minnetonka, MN.
Key Responsibilities:Shipping and Receiving for the WarehouseProcess ShipmentsSchedule LTL and ground carriers for the day's shipmentsOperate forklift to move stock to/from assigned warehouse locations and loads/unloads trucksUnload and/or unpack incoming shipments, inspect, and verify product receipts against packing lists, reject damaged items and record shortages/damages according to the receiving processRead and interpret Work Order for order details and shipping requirementsIdentify products by description and number, pull stock from inventory, and prepare labels for shipmentBreak down bulk product into smaller quantities and repackage for shipmentPrepare bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documents using carrier shipping technologies where availableMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, and practice safe work habits in accordance with safety plans and guidelinesMonitor email and ERP system for current and future shipmentsRespond promptly to internal requests for service and assistanceBalance team and individual responsibilitiesDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, looking for ways to improve quality of workYou Are Ideal for This Role If You:

The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understandFrequently moves items weighing between 50-70 lbs.The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)Experience and Qualifications:
Min. 1 year of experience in Shipping and Receiving, Warehouse/Manufacturing requiredPrior Forklift experience preferredMath/Reading skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skillsExperience using UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship ManagerSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh school degree or equivalent requiredMicrosoft Word/Excel/Outlook experience preferredMRP/ERP and inventory systems experience preferredWhy Work for Us:
