We are hiring a Program Implementation Manager in the Western States Region. This is a remote position that has the flexibility to be based in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah or Washington. As the Program Implementation Manager, you will make an extraordinary impact by working with staff to advance strategic region priorities starting with Nation of Lifesavers. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Health and works closely with internal partners across the region to build and drive region-wide community readiness initiatives, be responsible for the development and implementation of chain of survival impact strategies, and support issues-based fundraising with a focus on CPR related products. This scope of the role may change to other strategic priorities based on the needs of the region. Responsibilities The Program Implementation Manager is responsible for driving project management for the Nation of Lifesavers initiative and other strategic priorities in the Western States region. The position leads strategy implementation and alignment across the region of issue priorities, fundraising, partnerships, volunteer management, event execution, and training coordination.
