Responsibilities

Perform facility related revenue accounting activities within prescribed time schedules and guidelinesPerform and summarize revenue and accounts receivable variance analysisField and assess ad-hoc requests, producing clear and concise reports for stakeholdersLeverage subject matter expertise to provide guidance and instruction to key stakeholdersthrough development, implementation, and maintenance of operational reports and dashboardsMentor revenue analyst(s), developing knowledge base within the team and serving as a revenue specialist in the identification and resolution of facility related and/or enterprise revenue accounting issues and questionsAssist management with the design and operation of revenue controlsPartner with key stakeholders to meet strategic company objectivesAssess, develop, and document solutions to complex problems by applying acute business knowledge, skills, and experienceSummarize and communicate proposed solutions with the appropriate audiences in a manner tailored to their understanding, level, or experienceLeverage process and international teams to drive quality and scalability within Revenue Integrity

Qualifications

BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required5+ years of experience in corporate accounting or finance required; healthcare experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, and Microsoft Office SuitePeopleSoft and Tableau experience preferredWorking knowledge of patient accounting systems and revenue cycle processes preferredUSD $72,500.00/Yr. USD $85,000.00/Yr.
