We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and extensive technical knowledge in facility maintenance and repair.
Job information: $21.00 - 23.00 hourly rate!Key Responsibilities:
Leadership
Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operationsEstablish priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate work projectsProvide clear direction to staff through effective verbal and written communicationInstruct staff in work details, observe performance, and encourage improvementTechnical Duties
Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance according to manufacturers' specificationsInspect and adjust all systems dailyMaintain and repair property equipment, including:
HVAC systems (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, refrigeration)Irrigation systemsPlumbing and electrical systemsFood/beverage equipmentCourts, pools, and laundry equipment
Resolve facility and public space maintenance issuesPerform various repairs and maintenance tasks, such as:
Replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, faucets, and toiletsHardware installationFilter replacementPainting and wall coveringCaulking and grouting
Use basic hand and power tools effectivelyMaintain the appearance of the building's exterior and interiorAdhere to work order policies and proceduresAdditional Responsibilities:
Maintain a neat and organized work areaConduct oneself professionally at all timesEnsure a safe working environment and report unsafe conditions immediatelyMaintain good working relationships with all departmentsComply with all company policies and proceduresRequired Competencies:
