We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, growth potential, and the chance to collaborate with a talented team of knowledgeable tax professionals.Responsibilities include:Provide high quality tax services to entrepreneurial businesses and individuals.Prepare and manage tax engagements.Review complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns, to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their tax-related inquiries and providing proactive advice to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients, including identifying tax-saving opportunities and recommending tax-efficient structures for business transactions.Collaborate with partners and other department heads to develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' overall financial goals.Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to stay abreast of changes and developments and communicate potential impacts to clients and internal stakeholders.Devise and implement tax strategies and advise clients on the tax impact.Ability to supervise and mentor a team of tax accountants and specialists.Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of public tax experience, including previous experience working for a CPA firmBachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA license and/or a Master of Science in TaxationWorking knowledge of Internal Revenue Code and experience with the IRSSelf-motivated and detail-orientedExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentLeadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage engagementsAbility to adhere to a high degree of professional standards and client confidentialityInterested in hearing more?
