Job SummaryThe Residential Maintenance Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains the physical condition and appearance of residential properties and other Mayroad assets (pool, community center, playgrounds, ice rinks, dog parks, community garden, etc.), including, but not limited to structural, paint, plumbing, HVAC, Steam, pressure washing, cleaning, electrical, etc., depending on assigned core duties.
Essential FunctionsPerforms routine maintenance in and around Mayroad communities, including occupied and vacant residences, community properties, and amenities, including fixing structural damage and other repairs to walls, floors, crawlspaces, ceilings, insulation, attics, entryways, windows, decks, patios, garages, pools, etc.See full job description attached.
Required QualificationsAt least 3+ years of experience in general residential maintenance, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical
