WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Center Manager (RN) is a critically important role in the overall functioning of a clinic. The Center Manager (RN) maintains operational excellence while leading a high-performing team who exhibits high morale and professionalism in the day-to-day operations of the dialysis center. The Center Manager (RN)'s role coordinates the care and quality of treatments for patients so they can have life, but also a quality of living. The Center Manager (RN) will achieve this by facilitating the care of patients while working with Satellite employees, MDs, and other representatives. The Center Manager (RN) consistently demonstrates a high standard of care for patients and maintains a high level of compassion in every interaction with them. The Center Manager (RN) will also play an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse required and a minimum of six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience preferred.Prior Dialysis Clinic Management experience required
Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred.
License/Certification:
If an RN, must have a current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL)Requirements: The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.Compensation: $132,000 - $162,000, plus annual bonus potential
