In this Augmented Analytics role, you will own and perform analytics tasks as well as lead and drive end to end solutions for business use cases with guidance from lead / manager. Responsibilities will include:
Driving descriptive and diagnostic analytics across various business domains. Designing and building impactful data visualization and storyboards to provide actionable insights. Analyzing structured and unstructured data using data mining/statistical/machine learning techniques to identify business drivers. Develop Augmented Analytics solutions by applying AI routines and algorithms to generate actionable business insights. Analyzing business requirements, writing SQL logic to extract and summarize multi-dimensional data from Teradata EDW, GCP or other sources. Validating and synthesizing data from multiple sources and reporting systems into analytics datasets to support project goals. Operationalizing the analytics delivery using KNIME workflow and automation; develop visualizations is front-end tools such as Looker, Thoughtspot or Qlik. Documenting the data flow process and business logic and update data dictionary. Mentoring/Guiding one to two members in the team on technical aspects as needed. What we're looking for...
You have strong analytical skills, and are eager to work in a collaborative environment with global teams to generate data-driven insights that help address business problems, develop end to end analytical solutions and communicate findings to leadership. You work independently and are always willing to learn new technologies. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to interact with various partners and multi-functional teams to implement data science driven business solutions. You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research or other Quantitative Fields or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Experience Building E2E scalable mid to large size BI and Advanced Analytics solutions for enterprise-wide consumption. Experience handling large volumes of data across traditional (Teradata, Oracle) and/or Cloud Based (Google Cloud, AWS) platforms. Experience designing and implementation of ETL frameworks using any of Talend, Informatica, Knime, or Alteryx. Experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights and conduct "driver analysis". Strong programming experience in SQL and one of R/Python. Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research or other Quantitative Fields. Experience in data lake (Hadoop), Cloud computing, PySpark, Scala and/or other languages and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to learn quickly and identify critical paths to solve complex issues. Experience presenting to and influencing functional leaders and partners. Ability to work effectively independently under tight time constraints and demonstrate a growth mindset. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
