Purpose of Role
The
Senior Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain
will be a key member of our team reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, Global Supply Chain. This position will own and drive key financial planning processes and provide visibility to results, trends, & KPI's. This role will also work closely with many VPs and other senior leaders within the Supply Chain Organization.
Your Impact
Lead the Annual Financial Planning process by building a bottoms-up plan for SG&A and CapEx, working closely with the business heads and challenging their assumptionsOwn the analysis of monthly results and partner with budget owners in the business to ensure alignmentLead the monthly Finance Accountability Process - to review results, variances and full year forecasts with the head of the business and other members of the executive leadership teamPartner closely with the Accounting team to manage month close process including booking journal entriesPartner closely with Corporate FP&A team to manage all financial submissions for OpEx & CapEx - quarterly forecasts, opportunities & risks update, and 3yr strategic planSupport HR on headcount planning processProvide ad-hoc analytical and strategic support to the Senior Director of FP&A and other business leadersQualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Business AnalysisExpertise in Excel, financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysisExperience with variance analysis requiredStrong team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct reporting linesAnalytical thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skillsAbility to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, results of financial analysis, and actionable recommendationsDemonstrated leadership skills and commitment to achieve optimal goals and improve existing processes.Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, experience with SAP/ IBPf preferredWorkplace Location

$81,445.00 - $111,987.70 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
