Technical Support Engineer
Location:
San Diego, CA 92121 (Hybrid Role)
Duration:
12+ months (Contract to Hire)
Pay Range:
$40 - 45/hr
Key Responsibilities:Will be responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for partners and customers.Integrate API and upgrades / Application performance monitoringRead Debug JAVA/JavaScript code as partner run any business rules or workflows using the platform for any issues occurrence TSE will be reading the code and need to understand logic to troubleshoot.Responsible for performing Case triaging based on their priority (P1,P2..)Should understand Authentication (how are tokens sent, review error codes received and how you resolve them)Required Skills:
Intermediate Java or JavaScript - Troubleshooting backend workflows or debugging instances.SQL/MYSQL/PostgreSQL - Writing Queries and Database support experience.Rest API Integration experienceGood Communication - as Customer Satisfaction is the key for this role.Any Ticketing tool experienceLinux ExperienceShould be Adaptive to work in the fast paced environment.Bachelor's degree will be helpfulI
