Technology Support Specialist Attleboro Public Schools Provide front line support for hardware and software applications to all school and district staff and students on a daily basis. As a critical member of the district's technology team, the Technical Support Specialist prioritizes and accurately responds to help desk tickets and ongoing projects as coordinated by OIT Administrator, as well as conducting maintenance and maintaining inventory records. Duties include, but not limited to: Provides end user technology support for staff and students by troubleshooting and resolving problems with desktops, printers and school issued mobile devices. Works effectively and collaboratively with members of the Technology Department to resolve user login, account issues and connectivity problems on both wired and wireless LANs. Provides support, maintenance and troubleshooting for AV equipment including phones, voice amplification systems, document cameras and projection systems. Provides technology support for computer-based testing including server and device preparation. THIS IS A SPLIT SHIFT POSITION IN ORDER TO SUPPORT AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AND USE OF THE HIGH SCHOOL'S AUDITORIUM.
