Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi, Arizona, and Tennessee totaling 3.9M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi and Tennessee
Sutter Street Manufacturing Upholstery Factories located in North Carolina and Mississippi with over 1,400 FTE's producing approximately $900 million to $1 Billion in sales of Upholstered furniture
Transportation Department for Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Rail consisting of over 30 transportation professionals located in Memphis, TN700 associates in our Sourcing offices in 10 countries in Asia and Europe including China, Vietnam, Singapore, India, Italy, and TurkeyThe Senior Human Resources Manager - Employee Relations, will be a key member of our Human Resources team, responsible for fostering positive employee relations within the organization. You will play a vital role in promoting a culture of fairness, respect, and open communication, while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and valuesServe as the primary point of contact for resolving employee conflicts, grievances, and disputes in a fair and timely mannerCollaborate with legal and HR teams to develop, update, and communicate company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulationsConduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, and other HR-related matters. Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for resolutionPartner with management to address performance issues, coach supervisors on effective performance management techniques, and ensure consistency in disciplinary actionsImplement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Proactively address issues that may impact employee satisfaction and productivityIdentify trends and analyze data to enhance the performance of the human resources teams and the training teamProvide seasonal assistance with hiring and recruitingCreate and conduct training for leadership and employeesInspect and improve the physical environment based on employee feedbackCheck out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates....
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 5 - 7 years of experience in employee relations, leadership and/or HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution settingIn-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practicesStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationPassion to improve others' well - beingTechnology skills with experience using various HR software programsAbility to create and manage effective programsReview these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role....
