Our client in East Hanover, NJ is searching for a Director of Operations to lead their manufacturing team.
Job Description:
- Responsible for planning and managing manufacturing floor, manufacturing engineering, materials & safety/environmental engineering - Manages manufacturing managers of Molding & Stamping, Purchasing, Warehouse, Manufacturing Engineering, and Customer Service/Planning - Establish and implement manufacturing policies, controls, and procedures for efficient and quality manufacturing - Contribute to achievement of sales objectives - Prepare and assist with annual budgets for all departments; responsible for profit and loss of divisions overseeing - Maintain material & parts inventories - Meets and exceeds all TQM measurements as agreed upon

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering - At least 8 years of precision manufacturing experience - Must have some experience in molding - At least 5 years in a management role - Strong leadership skills - Need a working knowledge of computerized manufacturing systems
