The
Property Support Specialist
coordinates the onsite duties associated with business operations and upgrades of a property with a strong focus on outbound calling to schedule technicians, installs, change orders and troubles. The specialist handles daily interaction with customers face to face in our remote office while also providing a QA function to ensure all customer documentation is uploaded into their file and service orders are properly documented and closed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outbound calls to customers using Noble and scheduling installations, change orders, trouble ticket or Customer Education appointments for the propertyEnsure scheduled appointments are completed in a timely mannerComplete audits for the property when necessary for customer accountsMaintain up to date company product knowledge, processes and proceduresEscalate resident issues to the Account Management teamOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
Travel may be required to offsite / launch locations for extended periods of timeHave strong multi-tasking abilitiesGood clear phonics with a friendly voice on the phoneStrong grammar skillsAbility to sit for long periods of time with limited breaksFast Learner, very intuitive, visualize the issue and take actionAssociates Degree in General Business with at least 6 months of operational experienceRequires an excellent knowledge of all resources required to support our customers including internal team members, third party vendors, contractors and support teamsExcellent communication and time management skillsBENEFITS:
