This position is with the Agency Services area of DTMB supporting the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). About The Position: This position serves as the first line manager of IT resources for both Salesforce and Microsoft D365 maintenance and project efforts, to ensure that the objectives and goals of the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs are accomplished. This first level IT Resource Manager leads the development team that is responsible for system development, programming, trouble shooting and system management of the IT Salesforce and Dynamics systems that support the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). The team consists of application developers, analysts, and contractors responsible for application development for LARA. The team is primarily responsible for the development, testing, implementing, and maintaining these systems. This position serves as the liaison between DTMB and LARA and is responsible for meeting customer needs and expectations. Position Location/Remote Office: The office location is Lansing, MI.
