We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Augusta, Maine (US-ME), United States (US).

:
The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) will work as part of a team providing IV&V services for client projects. She/he will actively participate in the delivery of IV&V tasks/activities and associated deliverables. The Sr. BA assists the Project Manager with development of IV&V deliverables and work products, including updates of the Integrated Project Schedule.
The Sr. BA will perform business and technical analyses of the vendor's solution to ensure that the solution meets client expectations. The Sr.BA will assist the IV&V Team in reviewing and conducting formal assessments of vendor deliverables and test results. This position will collaborate with other members of the team to generate project milestones and/or reports.
Job Responsibilities Include:Assist the Project Manager in the development of deliverables and work products.Assist in the business and technical assessments of vendor deliverables such as Project Management Plan and Schedule, Requirements Validation documents, Detailed System Design documents, Data Conversion Plans, Testing Plans and associated results, User Documentation, Training Plans, Implementation Strategies, Implementation and Rollout Plans, and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans.Assess and make recommendations on the management and technical aspects of project implementations.Evaluate feasibility of project schedule.Perform testing assessments.Validate test results.Perform User Acceptance Testing, if required.Make recommendations for improvement of processes based on observations, industry standards, and best practices.Assess whether the State and vendor share a common understanding of the project scope, goals/outcomes/requirements, deliverables, and milestones.Assess whether user involvement and buy-in is sufficient for successful adoption of the system or components.Assist project manager in producing progress and status reports.Assist project manager in production of project reports for senior leaders.Required Qualifications

Minimum 8 years total work experienceMinimum 5 years working with large government, IT Projects in the State Health and Human Services (HHS) industry.Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experienceBachelor's degree or 4 years additional relevant work experienceMinimum 3 years IV&V experiencePreferred Skills
:
Medicaid program or solution experience.Consulting experience.Experience with federal certification requirements, especially for Medicaid solutions.Knowledge of industry standards, PMI, CMMI, NIST, and IEEE.Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,032 - $158,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
