MARKETING BRAND AMBASSADOR
Indianapolis Metro and Cincinnati Markets

This position is a Brand Ambassador for the Indianapolis Metro and Cincinnati Markets. This role acts as the key point of contact for all marketing activities within the designated markets through outreach to new and existing groups. A major goal of this position is to share brand and product awareness through involvement with events, philanthropic relationships, advertising opportunities, and customer advocacy. This includes direct marketing call and contact management with goals and key objectives to meet and measure. This position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and works closely with all marketing staff, general managers, and sales consultants. There is the potential of occasional overnight travel. There is a base salary of $55,000 - 65,000, with additional bonus potential.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Travels throughout a designated marketing territory, calling on existing/new accounts, presenting at healthcare institutions, conducting in service programs, attending events, planning events and normal company business.
Building and Managing Relationships:
Identifying and fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as community organizations, local businesses, and industry influencers.
Leverage relationships to increase brand visibility and create meaningful partnerships.
Monitor and report on campaigns and target business opportunity plans.
Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, workshops, sponsorships, and activations that engage target audiences and promote our brand.
Key point person for marketing events in designated territory markets, due to the nature of events the Company supports.
Become NMEDA (National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association) CAMS (Comprehensive Automotive Mobility Solutions) certified and present lunch and learns in each market as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of Marketing experience
Strong understanding of grassroots marketing techniques and community-building strategies.
Adept at tailoring messages to resonate with different audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering meaningful, long-term connections with area stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
