(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).Please provide references upon resume submission.

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction efforts on multiple projects in design and constructionOverall responsibility to ensure timely completion of project workManage project team (minimum 8 employees)Provide administrative oversight for all phases of workOversee/Inspect the work of contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order processCommunicate directly with the client and the design teamProvide technical evaluations, advice, and guidanceOversee safety and securityManage multi-contractor projects as well as contractor compliance with project documentsCreate and track Field Orders and Change OrdersAssess impact of change requests or delays on the project schedule and budgetMonitor contractor’s schedule in Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of project workEnsure compliance with the project specific construction management planProcess gate clearance request and criminal background checks for all contractors/vendorsDetailed critical path schedule development and analysisClaim analysis

Qualifications

Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldWillingness to work inside minimum and maximum security prisonsMinimum of four (4) years of experience managing multiple projectsMinimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projectsA minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a role of Senior Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documentsProvide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and qualityExperience coordinating with designers handling any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facilityFull knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment applicationOur Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
