Executive Assistant , reporting to the
Chief Legal Officer.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in managing the day-to-day operations and play a crucial role in providing administrative support, facilitating communication, and contributing to the overall success of our organization and culture.
This will be a full-time,
exempt
position located in our
Long Beach
location.
Responsibilities:
Handle sensitive information and matters with a high level of discretion and maintain confidentialitySkillfully manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsCreate opportunities and initiatives to bring department team members together with a goal to further team building and team engagementDraft, review and send communications on behalf of company executivesPrepare and distribute materials for meetings, attend meetings and ensure all documentation is readily availableAct as a central point of contact, facilitating communication between executives, internal teams and external partnersTrack and manage executive expenses and process reimbursementsSupport executives in various projects, research tasks, and initiativesCollaborate with other departments on projects as neededMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executivesAdvanced proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office SuitePreferred Skills & Experience:
Experience supporting executives in a fast space startup environmentExperience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company informationAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and handle competing deadlinesNetwork of contacts and vendors within the LA areaEvent and meeting planningAbility to think outside of the box with a sense of urgencyExcellent communication, both written and verbalHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong organizational and time-management skillsA passion for fostering a positive work cultureAdditional Requirements:
Ability to be on site daily at our HQ in Long BeachWillingness to work evenings and/or weekends to support critical mission milestonesPay Range:
Executive Assistant: $105,600 - $140,400Senior Executive Assistant: $116,200 - $154,400

$105,600-$140,400 USD
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand. Salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package.
