Job Overview
Provides administrative support to the assigned unit. Responsibilities may include: scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, dictation, composing memos, transcribing notes, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports. May also research and create presentations, generate reports and represent management at meetings as needed.
Minimum Requirements
1. High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
2. A minimum of two years experience in an office environment performing a similar level of work required.
3. Prior health care experience preferred.
4. Able to speak, read, and write in English, Spanish, and Chinese strongly preferred.
Compensation
$24.00 - $28.15 hourly
