Finance Manager, Pricing and Rates (2 days onsite)

Up to $200K annual base salary (commensurate with experience, education, etc.) plus bonus and benefitsScope of Position / Overview of ResponsibilitiesThis position will partner closely with Finance Leadership, Managing Directors, and other key stakeholders to lead and operationalize the firms Pricing, Rates, and Partnerships with clients for sustainable growth and profitability.Lead the process on implementing the firms rates with clients with the goal of optimizing long-term client relationships and profitability, including communicating and negotiating with clients on rates, understanding the impact of non-standard rate agreements, and facilitating the process of getting rates within a clients system.Creating a Center of Excellence on rate negotiations to understand the full scope of all agreements with clients.Supporting the firms Client Finance Team on its data analytics rolloutWork on special projects as neededQualificationsMinimum Bachelors degreeMinimum 7 years of relevant experiencePrior management experience within a pricing / rates settingExperience with negotiation, financial modeling, and effectively communicating to senior stakeholdersStrong business acumenStrong analytical capabilities to design and update financial modelsSpecific strong competency on Excel to drive strategic analytical insights, financial modeling, and automation.High attention to detailStrong organization skills
