Cirrus Logic is seeking a Procurement Senior Manager with responsibility for managing the corporate procurement function and partnering with appropriate functional, technical and legal personnel to negotiate pricing and develop contractual agreements.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional global personnel to ensure alignment of the purchasing function with key strategic corporate objectives.Develop and execute advanced negotiation strategies that support business objectives; includes structuring and negotiating complex contractual agreements.Complete contract review and negotiation activities; conduct financial analysis of supplier proposals; manage key business terms, expiration dates, amendments, etc.Deliver sourcing recommendations based on comprehensive competitive analysis; may include financial analysis, supplier quality and/or technical capabilities, availability and assurance of supply, etc.Manage supplier performance and relationships; must be able to develop relationships and interface with supplier representatives to ensure supplier commitment.Develop metrics and industry benchmarks to define and measure key performance indicators. Develop standard reporting templates to be delivered on a regular basis as required by management.Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
BS degree and 15+ years of experience in procurementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsStrong negotiation skills and experiencePrior experience in the semiconductor industryPrior team leadership experience and demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal and customer relationship skillsHighly motivated & works well under pressureStrong leadership and team management abilitiesSAP software experiencePreferred - APICS Certified
