(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).Please provide references upon resume submission.

Responsibilities

Assist with project control activities including project document management, RFI and IB tracking, contract document reviewAssist in changes to scope, prepare estimates and negotiate new project scopePerform walkthroughs with contractor as neededAssist with monitoring contract implementation, quality of work and materialsInspect task execution in accordance with the plans and specificationsMaintain weekly and monthly project work plans for scope, budget, schedule, and safety objectivesAttend meetings and prepare minutes

Qualifications

Less than 2 years of experience on smaller projects valued above $1 millionBasic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract documents, scheduling, payments reviewComputer proficiency in MS Office and scheduling applicationsOur Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
