We are actively seeking several experienced 2nd and 3rd shift CNC Machinists to expand our off shift capabilities. Second and third shift machinists will setup, operate, and adjust CNC machinery as needed to maintain the job schedule.

Requirements:
Set up and operate machining equipment as appropriate for shop schedulePerform on demand machine adjustments to ensure machining and tolerance requirements are metIdentify and change appropriate tools as neededMachine to blueprint specifications and quality standardsMaintain clean and organized workspaceFollow all internal quality standards as instructedShare knowledge and ideas to improve cycle timesCommunicate with other shifts regarding progress, schedule, and qualityFollow all safety guidelinesOther related duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, and abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical training / schooling preferred, but not requiredMinimum of 3 years' experience setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC machineryAbility and willingness to work under minimal supervision and maintain scheduleAbility to perform basic to moderately difficult shop mathAbility to machine to tight tolerance specificationsAbility to read and understand shop measuring devices (micrometers, gauges, dial indicators, etc.)Understanding of industry quality standards and requirements (FOD, Air worthiness, etc.)Willingness to train less experienced staff as neededAbility and willingness to work to the schedule as posted, reliable attendance is a mustCompensationCompensation for this role is based on ability and years of experience
