Job Description:

Drive the execution of product development concepts in the Semiconductor Test industry. Duties include contributing technical expertise to product development, communicating and coordinating the development of new technologies with engineers, operational teams, and customers while ensuring timely product delivery.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and developing project plansManage activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on timeAddress delays in the process to win business and generate additional market revenue.Coordination with internal team members for expedited projects and roadblocks with production constraints.Coordinate technical resources to disposition product and identify root cause analysis for prevention.Review status with the customer and the management teamDevelop reports for quarterly board reviews with tier 1 customers and communicate internally to address outstanding action items.Interact with financial team to address customer concerns and delays in the invoicing and account payable process.Communicate project status through tracking reports showing current plan, and identifying actions needed to meet the schedule.Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teamsFacilitate conference calls internally and externally to address project delays and setup recovery plans.Produce meeting minutes with action requirements of each member as a summary to maintain records and document discussion to clarify objectives.Communicate design phase schedule changes that affect the overall timeline of the project and drive modifications of the quotation process as required to capture costing analysis and expedite of revised purchase orders.Timely resolution of issues and escalation as required to avoid delays in project completionEscalate scheduling concerns to the management team for authorization of additional resource requirements.Coordination of customer supplied parts and tooling needs being allocated to projects.Identify and develop reporting requirements for data analysis and coordinate with technical support to provide timely reports.Recognize and understand competing business requirements and make recommendations for the overall good of the project team.Identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.Create formal communication plan to both team members and management.Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issuesRequirements

Requirements:

Developing programs to support the organization's strategic directionCreating and managing long term strategic goals.Overseeing and developing budgets and operating plans for programsScheduling projects for operational excellence.Writing program funding proposals.3 years prior experience in both program management and team management.Good computer software skills in Microsoft office suite.A bachelor's degree is required.Experience in problem solving techniques.Preparing contingency plans.Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):

Managing outsourcing and supply chain business.Managing inventory control and forecasting demand planning.Review of customer agreements and guidelines.Mechanical structures and bill of materials.Managing designs and pricing structureReconciling invoices and coordination of change management.Engineering changes and revision control structureManaging return material authorizations.Communicating technical changes.
