Click here!QualificationsEDUCATIONBachelors or better in Computer Science or related fieldBachelors or better in Information Technology or related fieldEXPERIENCEProject management, agile, or other relevant certifications a plus.IT project management experience in the manufacturing industry.Experience in managing IT resources, budgets, and contracts.Knowledge of ITIL best practices, standards, and policies.Experience working with various methodologies, including Agile development practices.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Exceptional customer service orientation.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Keen attention to detail.Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end usersAbility to absorb and retain information quickly.Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated progressive experience in leading teams.Solid relationship and performance management skills.Project management experience, with at least 6+ years’ experience in an IT leadership role.Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Agile DevOps, MS Project, or similar)Proven track record of developing and motivating a team.Job SummaryRequisition Number: INFOR006402Job Category: Information TechnologySchedule: Full-Time
