Thrive Now Recovery Centers in partnership with Ascension Recovery Services is dedicated to assisting individuals on their path to recovery from substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. Our first location in Pleasant Hill, Iowa will open late 2024.

Clinical Supervision: Meet periodically with counselors to provide constructive feedback, document progress, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Oversight: Accompany counselors during 1:1 and group therapy sessions to provide guidance and support.Admission and Planning: Oversee clinical admissions, including assessments and preliminary treatment planning for new clients.Crisis Intervention: Intervene clinically in crisis situations and address special client needs as they arise.Documentation: Ensure timely completion of psychosocial assessments, clinical notes, and master treatment plans.Therapy Services: Provide group therapy and counseling, and coordinate family therapy programs.Billing and Reimbursement: Facilitate third-party reimbursement and manage billing operations.Supervision and Meetings: Provide clinical and administrative supervision, and facilitate weekly treatment planning, group clinical supervision, and staff meetings.Quality and Compliance: Review client records for quality, ensure compliance with state regulations, and participate in quality assurance and utilization reviews.Staff Development: Conduct performance evaluations, coach employees, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the facility's operations and goals.Education, Experience, Skills:
Must possess one of the following: LAC, LCAC, LCSW, or LMHC.Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.Approved to supervise clinical staff.2+ years of experience working with substance use/mental health disorders.Strong knowledge of management principles, clinical systems, operations, supervision, billing/collections, quality assurance, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.Must have or, within 30 days from hire, be able to obtain a current First Aid and CPR card.
