Job Title
Techno-functional BA & PM Location
US - East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid/Onsite)
Location: This position will be located at the East Hanover site and will be a hybrid onsite role. The expectation is 2-3 days onsite per week.
The Role
As a Techno functional Business Analyst and Project Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders and bridge the gap between IT/Product and business teams. As a BA, you are responsible for engaging with business leaders to gather functional requirements, document processes and the relevant use cases. You would then also be responsible for conveying the functional requirements to developers, helping them determine the technical requirements for the work and responsible for tracking, managing, and reporting on the progress of the requirements to completion.
Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate client workshops and record detailed functional requirements provided by business leaders. Document process flows and create functional requirement documents (FRDs). Translate functional requirements into technical requirements. Create and manage use cases and role based testcases for the FRDs. Define acceptance criteria for all requirements. Tracking the progress of the project requirements. Work with product owner and other team members in providing clarity of requirements and how it relates to the business objectives. Obtain a strong functional understanding of business processes and systems. Conduct UAT quality assurance and functional knowledge training sessions for business Coordinate with third party partners, business stakeholders and the project teams Prepare project plan, establish timelines, Institute and Implement processes to ensure quality deliverables. Business Analysis - Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Requirements Documentation; System Testing, Presentation and Stakeholder Management Good knowledge of business processes, business operations & IT management Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and identifying solutions Prior experience in conducting client workshops and facilitating stakeholder meetings (among business and IT sub-groups/vendors) Ability to translate between business and technology teams to build and deliver marketing solutions Advanced skills in data analysis and problem-solving Exposure to use case modeling and defining acceptance criteria. Proven project management experience Advanced skills with MS Suite (particularly with Excel)
Desired Skills
5+ years of relevant experience as a BA project managing a team of up to 10 members. Experience operating in multiple SDLC methodologies, especially Agile. Knowledge of SQL. Prior knowledge of Lifesciences and/or Pharma domains. Comfortable with data and data-driven programs.
Your experience:
10 years of IT development experience and at least 3 years as a business analyst with experience of handling sensitive data adhering to PII and GDPR guidelines. BA/BS in business, computer science, information technology, or another technical field. Experience as Project Manager for large/Small applications in a shared service environment Hands-on experience in SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Iterative, Waterfall Excellent communication skills to direct internal teams, external vendors and to ensure outcomes consistent with brand management goals and objectives ITIL /PMP/Prince 2/Scrum certified added advantage
