Duties & ResponsibilitiesFind, recruit, negotiate and on-board subcontractorsWork with branch managers to ensure each branch has an adequate amount of subcontracted laborEnsure all subcontractors have the requires documentations needed to work in the state of FloridaManage the recruitments and on-boarding of all subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient mannerTravel the state as necessary to meet and on-board roofing subcontractors
Essential QualificationsAssociate’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) in [ English and Spanish] is requiredStrong communication skills in both languages to effectively interact with clients, and external partners.2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in operations or high-volume environments.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay:$20-$23/hour
