You will be working closely with various stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of internal customer use cases and work with your engineering architect counterpart to execute your roadmap. You have to be able to work through ambiguity to get results. You will leverage your relationships with key internal stakeholders to align priorities and provide prioritized use cases for your engineering partners. You will own the go-to-market for your products and leverage your experience to present compelling cases to executives, engineering management, and individual contributors.Your Impact:Lead the roadmap for your area, and actively participate in driving the vision for the broader platform.Collaborate across teams and create alignment between software engineering and other groups.Represent the customer and build impactful, personal customer relationships.Strive for the best customer experience possible.Measure success and define what success means for each feature.Communicate clearly and efficiently.Your Skills:Data is in your DNA; you are comfortable with data and analytics.You have deep empathy for various stakeholders.Excellent written communications are essential for this role.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Experience using agile methodologies is a huge plus.Proven ability to lead through influence.Required Skills:10+ years of product management experience (or relevant experience).Proven track record on collaborating and influencing executives.Experience in taking products through the full product cycle.Experience as a product owner leading Agile teams.Experience building Enterprise SaaS products.Experience with the Salesforce platform.Domain expertise using Tableau dashboards.A related technical degree required.If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions, please submit a request via this
