Come to become part of a forward-thinking team that's shaping the future of digital partnerships!What you'll do:Some of the work that you will be doing to help us deliver on our mission is:Design, build, deliver, and own full lifecycle development software from inception to productionDemonstrate a firm grasp of the entire software development lifecycleDrive complex changes involving multiple componentsDeliver quality changes, including automated tests, metrics, and monitoringCollaborate with team members to deliver featuresGuide and review changes to product features in line with product roadmapsImplement and maintain product featuresBuild components and processes that are regularly used by othersBuild execution plans incorporating user data, observations, and market insightValidate changes to ensure high quality product releasesWork in a distributed system environmentUnderstand the business objectives behind the codeUnderstand system architecture fundamentals through self-directed learningParticipate in and lead projects with a high level of technical ambiguityContribute to development of comprehensive success criteriaLead others through example, mentorship, teachingParticipate in hiring activitiesUse data to analyze and communicate the impact of your work on operational efficiencyWe are a global team with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
