About The Position
Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, track, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spending by up to 70%.
We are looking for a Head of Content and Analyst Relations. This person will be crucial in leading the communication strategy for Coralogix on a global level and will partner with our CEO and Executive leaders to improve our engagement and accountability with industry research advocates. This person will also play a key role in the digital and branding direction of the company that will include developing new logos packages, brand guidelines, corporate messaging.
This role is a hybrid position with this person located in the Greater Boston area with the expectation that this person work in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the global marketing communications strategy through brand development within Coralogix – across all communications channels
Develop the AR strategies with Coralogix CEO to improve engagement and accountability for impact with Gartner and other leading groups.
Manage an overarching brand strategy that promotes brand recognition to gain a competitive advantage
Lead as a best-in-class brand builder and industry visionary with a track record of dramatically increasing brand engagement, customer advocates, and generating business growth
Ensure the Coralogix brand is delivered consistently, cohesively, and in a compelling manner across all communications vehicles, monitoring and providing new logo packages, brand guidelines, boilerplate language, messaging, and strategic direction as need be internally and externally
Review the creation and execution of all digital and online content
Recommend improvements to website design and operation, as well as all other corporate digital channels
Promote products, services, industry strength and thought leadership through ownership of global public relations strategy and management of execution
Oversee the development of marketing communications campaigns by understanding media coverage and industry trends and developing fresh story ideas to propel Coralogix.
Work closely with executives, senior leaders, and stakeholders to define messaging, pitch deck and sales plays
Hybrid schedule - working 3 days/week from the Boston Office.
Requirements
Recognized leader with a drive to increase share of voice thru content, campaigns, website and analyst relations
Experience in the observability or AI markets
Passionate storyteller
Enjoy contributing both strategically and tactically
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage with a geographically dispersed team
Excel in fast-paced environments
Digitally savvy with a deep understanding of strong creative
A team player with a focus on successful outcomes
Excellent Management and mentoring skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Experience managing communications in both US and European regions
Familiarity and comfort with SalesForce, Marketo, WordPress, and an ability to leverage these tools for optimal interaction
Demonstrable experience in technology marketing
Minimum of 4 years corporate communications experience
Minimum of 4 years of team management experience
Willingness to travel
BS degree required
Creative thinker who looks to move beyond the status quo
Strong familiarity with design and digital best practices
Prior experience successfully managing PR and AR strategies
