Position Summary:
J&J Global Supply Chain Services (GSCS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. The J&J GSCS team is recruiting for a Sr. Manager Strategy, Partnership and Portfolio Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Director, Project & Portfolio Management
Shape and complete the Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) Strategic Planning Cycle in collaboration and partnership with the SCE Leadership Team, Segments, and functions; including Goals & Objectives Development and Metrics.
Develop and lead a robust GSCS Portfolio Eco-System Process & Governance Model( G&Os, Metrics & Performance Reporting) with Monthly & Quarterly reporting, to ensure alignment of Strategic Priorities and drive transparency and accountability to top initiatives.
Streamline and automate the monthly metrics, G&O, and accomplishment updates and linkage to ensure flawless Partnership Mgmt , to enable improved response to ad hoc requests, monthly reporting, and to minimize duplicative/overlapping efforts.
Collaborate with our segment and regional portfolio leaders to ensure p ortfolio management processes holistically integrate to support the SCE Strategy and that benchmarking and standard processes are in place.
Be responsible for the SCE Strategic Planning Playbook – identification, documentation, prioritization of the process for driving the strategic planning cycle.
Provide direct strategic support to the Vice President of SCE on a variety of multifaceted, time critical needs across a portfolio of business and communication-related requirements; orchestrate across the SCE Leadership Team to ensure appropriate flow and review of materials intended for SCE and Segment audiences.
Proven success in clearly and concisely communicating across all levels of the organization and across functions – in written and verbal formats -- is required; proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and strong attention to detail
Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required with a focus in supply chain, business or technical field (i.e. Engineering or Science) is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience in healthcare or other regulated industry.
A minimum of 5 years of project/program management experience.
Strong critical thinking, business sense, and customer orientation (building and maintaining trusted relationships with J&J leaders & colleagues), ability to collaborate with and lead, diverse, cross-functional and regional teams, without direct authority.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven track record to influence/ collaborate to get to desired result.
Demonstrated success in clearly and concisely communicating across all levels of the organization and across functions – in written and verbal formats -- is required; proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and strong attention to detail.
Shown success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines.
Preferred:
Background in supply chain.
Solid understanding of Planisware and Power BI.
In-depth knowledge and experience in project management and program management processes and tools.
Other:
This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 118000 to 203550.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
