Role reports to: Brand Manager

Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvues corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay: 73,000- 117,300.00

What you will do

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for developing sales and marketing programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and recommending changes for future programs to expand sales and profitability. You will also analyze and interpret market conditions, explore new ways to promote existing products, and oversee product development feasibility projects:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product innovation strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of brand initiatives

Lead the development of creative briefs and provide direction to agency partners

Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand strategy

Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for brand differentiation

Develop and execute sales and marketing programs aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Analyze market conditions and provide recommendations to management for future programs to expand sales and profitability.

Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's sales and marketing programs and recommend changes and improvements for future programs.

Explore new ways to promote existing products and provide input on existing product modifications.

Oversee product development feasibility projects, assessing feasibility of proposed new products, researching correct market and competitor information, planning effective introduction to market, preparing new product sales support and presentation materials, etc.

Review and evaluate market research and test market activities and create reports utilizing the data.

Facilitate the administration of surveys, interpret survey data and create detailed reports.

Administer and ensure assistance to sales staff through the provision of research, creation and enhancement of sales support and presentation materials.

Oversee the arranging of trade shows and conferences (attending when necessary), and maintain data on appropriate market conditions.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in personal care/beauty product innovation, brand management or related field

University/Bachelor's Degree or Higher.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in product development and market research.

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.

Desired Qualifications

Proven track record of developing and executing successful innovation and product launch strategies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in overseeing trade shows and conferences.

Ability to facilitate the administration of surveys and interpret survey data.

Whats in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000.00 to $117,300.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidates skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
